Per Snohomish County local rule 94.04(d)(4), and other similar rules in other counties, all parties requiring a parenting seminar to enter their parenting plan should attend and file a certificate of attendance with the court. Exemptions or waivers may be sought per this rule.
Previous classes usually do not comply with the court. We encourage every parent to take on this opportunity. In our real-time classes, participants have the unique opportunity to talk and learn about what is most important to them. Training is essential to do a good job, in the workplace and in parenting and co-parenting. We are sorry this class has to be a requirement, but how else can we bring it to co-parents during this difficult and crucial stage of their lives?
